Joe Divito has worked in London real estate since 2001 after shifting paths from a career in recruitment consultancy. He started out at Chestertons – one of the oldest property firms in the country – where he served as a sales negotiator for homebuyers in the Wimbledon area. 

In 2006, he assumed the position of senior sales negotiator at Foxtons, where he dealt with properties across London. This ranged from homes in Fulham and Parsons Green to prime properties in Pimlico, Chelsea, Belgravia and Knightsbridge. 

He now serves as Foxtons’ area director for prime central London, a position he has held since 2018.
