According to luxury property advisory OB Private, its co-founder George Vernon is one of its most talented agents and ‘comes with eyes in the back of his head’.

Vernon helped build up JLL’s Mayfair and Marylebone super-prime offices in 2017, after which he decided to try out a different type of agency. The MRICS-qualified agent, who specialised in high-value rentals and has worked alongside the likes of Grosvenor, the Crown Estate and the Howard de Walden Estate, joined Oliver Bernard as managing director in 2020.

Vernon is ‘considered to be one of the most dynamic lettings agents in Mayfair’, according to the company, and he knows ‘every doorman, barista, window cleaner and banker in Mayfair’.
