Spear's Review
Having studied law at the University of Manchester, Jack Hudson began his real estate career in his hometown of Bristol in 2012. After a stint at Marsh & Parsons in London, he joined commercial realty giant CBRE in 2014.
In his time at the company, he has worked as a residential development and investment broker as well as a project director specialising in advising developers such as Barratt London, Almacantar and Peabody on land acquisitions. Now leading the private client team, he advises HNWs and UHNWs on the search, acquisition and, occasionally, disposal of super prime property.
Hudson tells Spear's that CBRE's USP is simple – it is discreet: '[Our] clients really want a high degree of confidentiality; they don't want digital footprints.' He adds that the firm's ability to search off-market is because it is a small and nimble boutique team 'bolted into the largest real estate company in the world'.
