Maria Morris is the founder and CEO of Maria Morris Global (MMG), a prime and super-prime real estate agency in Dubai. Morris has over 25 years of experience, having held roles at, among other firms, Berkeley Group in London and Knight Frank in Dubai, where she served as head of residential.

In 2021 she launched MMG. Morris tells Spear’s that her firm stands out for its dynamic, innovative approach, as well as its ‘exceptional levels of expertise, passion and personal touch’. As the owner of Dubai’s first wholly female-owned brokerage, she has built a global client base, combining her international experience in the UK, Europe and the US.

Her work has been featured in the media, including in the Financial Times and the Telegraph, and she has appeared on shows such as Selling Dubai and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.

At the end of 2025, Morris announced plans to expand into Saudi Arabia in 2026.
