A qualified barrister at Signature Litigation, partner Elliott Phillips works between the firm’s offices in London and Gibraltar, advising on contentious trusts, estates and private wealth disputes. His cases vary from civil fraud and asset tracing to restructuring and shareholder disputes. 

He has significant experience in the field and has appeared before a number of courts in the UK and Gibraltar. The firm says that he is uniquely able to ‘accept instructions to appear before all courts in England and Wales’. 

Phillips was an MP in Gibraltar’s parliament; from 2015 to 2019 he acted as the chamber’s leader of the opposition, and from 2019 to 2013, he was the country’s shadow minister for health, environment and transport.
