Professor Pascal Hinny is a Switzerland-based specialist in the field of national and international tax planning.
Alongside his academic post – professor of tax law at the University of Fribourg – he is a partner and head of tax at the Zurich office of law firm Lenz & Staehelin. Here he advises private clients, family offices and multinationals on everything from mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, financing and relocation to private equity buyouts.
