Spear’s Review
Chris Pask is managing partner and director at Charlton Brown, a Hampstead-based architecture and interior design studio founded in the mid-eighties. Specialising in high-end residential design, the firm focuses on new buildings as well as sensitive heritage projects, predominantly in London.
‘For the last two decades I’ve been working in the prime parts of London and country houses in the home counties, creating homes for ultra-high-net-worth individuals,’ he tells Spear’s. ‘We work with our clients to deliver something which is a home rather than a house.’
Pask adds that his clients often seek his expertise in planning permissions. ‘One of our key roles is telling people from the outset what they can do and then advising them on how they can navigate the process ... We’re increasingly working with buying agents, family offices and wealth advisers pre-purchase.’
