Simon Garcia is a partner and buying adviser at Quintessentially Estates. Run as an independent company from the concierge group, Quintessentially Estates takes a large amount of its business from introductions from Quintessentially members but can equally provide services to non-members. 

The firm combats a ‘churn and burn mentality’ in real estate by following the principle of high-level service to form long-term client connections. ‘We don’t just close communication once the deal is closed,’ Garcia says, recalling a recent sale in which he helped advise on fire safety compliance long after handing over the keys.

Garcia himself is a London specialist working from Quintessentially Estates’ head office in Marylebone. However, given his globally minded clients, he is equally comfortable managing sales outside of the UK. ‘We’ve seen quite a lot of international clients look to other destinations, and that’s something that I also help with.’
