Litigation hotshot Charles Fussell of Ghaffari Fussell knows the value of flexibility when it comes to getting results.

Fussell launched his own specialist commercial litigation firm, Charles Fussell & Co, in 2007 after a decade at Herbert Smith. In 2025, the company merged with Amir Ghaffari’s Ghaffari Partners, creating a joined-up litigation and arbitrarion firm that acts in disputes involving corporates, states and state-owned entities, and high-net-worth individuals.
