Former Slaughter and May managing partner Richard Clark has more than three decades of experience in dispute resolution. The Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution-accredited mediator has great expertise in successfully bringing parties together to find solutions without the publicity and high costs that can be associated with litigation.

At his own mediation firm he focuses on disputes related to art, luxury assets, family offices and insurance, as well as trust and estate disputes. Clark has extensive experience in complex multiparty and international disputes. His clients describe him as ‘authoritative with a professional gravitas’, but at the same time having ‘a friendly and informal style’.

Clark is also a non-executive chair of the College of Legal Practice and an honorary fellow of Harris Manchester College, Oxford.
