Healys partner Robert Johnson heads up the firm’s professional negligence department, bringing over 35 years of experience to his work. Approaching each case with the assumption that it is unique, Johnson and his team aim to develop trust and transparency with clients.

As well as professional negligence, Johnson takes on cases involving commercial litigation and shareholder disputes, with many being international in nature. Notable cases include acting on behalf of more than 100 individuals against a bank in Cyprus; acting for shipping companies in the UK, the US and South Africa in disputes around asset finance agreements; acting for offshore intermediaries in a breach of contract claim; and acting for clients alleging fraud against a property developer in London.
