A key player in City financial services disputes, Clare Murray, founding partner of CM Murray, has an ‘unparalleled’ reputation in the senior executive area of employment law. Murray has particular expertise in international and cross-border disputes, and sexual harassment cases. Previously, she was a specialist adviser to the House of Commons Women & Equalities Committee for its sexual harassment in the workplace enquiry.
