Gareth Brahams is managing partner and founder of employment law firm Brahams Dutt Badrick French.

An expert in his field, Brahams has given evidence to parliamentary committees and appears frequently in the media. He specialises in discrimination and whistleblowing cases as well as sexual harassment cases, severance issues and retirement packages, advising an array of HNW clients, predominantly highly paid bankers, investors, legal partners, accountancy outfits and entrepreneurs, both in their individual capacities and for their SMEs. 

Brahams, whose busy practice is based in the City of London, said that ‘there has definitely been a return of more hiring and firing in the City and a greater willingness amongst clients to fight cases’.
