A partner in the employment law team at Clyde & Co in Doha, Qatar, Emma Higham offers advice to international and domestic clients in the Middle East.

Her clients live and work both in the state of Qatar as a whole and the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC), home to many international ventures and partnerships. She has a great deal of experience working with expats living in the country and businesses expanding their practices there. As well as direct employment matters, Higham works on international mobility and immigration matters for employees and dependents. 

She took on responsibility for the development of the firm’s Oman employment practice in 2019.
