Frances Murray is a partner at Seddons GSC, where she is establishing a financial crime department. ‘I get to roll out the blueprint,’ she tells Spear’s. ‘It’s super exciting and very challenging.’

Murray advises UHNW individuals, corporate entities, C-suite executives and high-end property developers on matters spanning fraud, misconduct and regulatory scrutiny. Her financial crime practice also encompasses freezing orders, suspicious activity reports, complex investigations and non-contentious advisory work.

Operating within a full-service firm allows her to collaborate closely with dispute resolution and commercial litigation specialists, offering clients ‘a consolidated service in one place’.

Prior to Seddons GSC, she worked at Russell-Cooke and Rosenblatt – where she also helped establish a financial crime team.
