With her divorce coaching service, Claire Macklin helps men and women to ‘divorce with dignity’.

A former insolvency lawyer, Macklin is well placed to guide her clients through the legal aspects of separation – including the paperwork – as well as provide emotional support to affected individuals on a one-to-one or group basis.

Divorce can be a challenging time, but Macklin aims to empower clients to feel positive about the life they will lead post-divorce. ‘What happens when clients work with me through the process is they come out feeling like they have not just survived, but they have really thrived,’ she tells Spear’s. ‘[Clients] have created a life that is for them, and they often say they are happier than they were before.’
