Jennifer Ip founded her own firm, Jennifer Ip and Co, in 2005; the specialist family law firm was renamed Ip & Heathfield in 2008. Based in Hong Kong, Ip is managing partner of the firm, working to provide ‘the best service tailored to the needs and requirements of each individual client.’

Ip & Heathfield advises HNW clients on the handling of complex financial structures and high-value assets, and its approach is predicated on the fact that divorce is never easy.
