Sarah Whitten joined Turner Nicholson in 2020, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in family law.

Prior to her current role, she spent more than a decade as a partner at Charles Russell Speechlys, working with HNWs on complex marital settlements following divorce, separation or the dissolution of a civil partnership.

As a long-standing member of Resolution, Whitten has a strong focus on mediation and the benefits of non-court dispute resolution. She emphasises that, wherever possible, respectful negotiations lead to lasting solutions for families navigating a difficult transition, particularly those with children.
