Bross Bennett partner Eleanor Hoare assists clients with complex financial disputes and children issues upon relationship breakdown and divorce, as well as with the drafting of prenuptial and cohabitation agreements.

‘We can be very court-focused if we have to be,’ Hoare tells Spear’s, and she certainly has the expertise and skill set to support clients in this way. However, Hoare prefers taking a more amicable approach, especially when children are involved. ‘Rather than go straight to court, we will pick up the phone to the other side,’ she explains.

Indeed, she says her cases – some involving assets valued in the hundreds of millions – are increasingly settled via alternate methods of dispute resolution.
