Sarah Lilley is a partner at Scottish firm Brodies. Based in the firm’s Inverness office, Lilley appears in courts across the Highlands and Scottish islands, including Shetland and Orkney, representing high-net-worth families in family law disputes.

Lilley gained experience in family law in Aberdeen and Edinburgh before heading north to take on a more senior role. She is now a recognised authority on children law, holding accreditations from the Law Society of Scotland in child law, family law and family law mediation, and is often appointed by the courts as a child welfare reporter. 

She is trained in collaborative methods of dispute resolution and has said she is committed to making the divorce process as free from disruption as possible, especially when there are children involved.
