Founder and CEO Paul Flynn, a successful business leader who overcame mental health challenges himself, found there was ‘a need for a personalised approach to mental health more suited to the HNW.’

‘I can empathise in a way very few people can,’ explains Flynn, who says he understands the issues which affect HNWs specifically, such as the burden of wealth, or simply the lack of time to take control. In 2019, Flynn oversaw the launch of Orchestrate Health, a private community mental health service offering an alternative to inpatient care.
