Dr Selena Langdon founded Berkshire Aesthetics, a Maidenhead-based clinic, in 2016. The practice has an international clientele who are attracted to the ‘home counties haven for aesthetic treatments’. 

Langdon began her medical career in the NHS after graduating with a first-class degree from the University of Sheffield. She trained in plastic surgery under the tutelage of the Los Angeles-based Dr Arthur Swift, during which she specialised in both injecting and the non-invasive CoolSculpting treatment (based on a process called cryolipolysis). 

She works with the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners and is an advocate for introducing legislation regarding non-surgical cosmetic work. Langdon hopes to work with authorities to introduce safety mechanisms and procedures into a largely unregulated industry.
