Dr Janet Rose is a renowned early-years expert and a passionate promoter of means to advance children’s potential and well-being.

She began her career as a teacher and early-years practitioner in various settings and schools in England and Europe. Currently, she is the principal of the Bath-based Norland College, the world’s oldest childcare training institution, which offers a BA (Hons) in early childhood education and care, as well as the prestigious Norland Diploma.
