Serena Zanchetti is head of the staffing team in the UK for Nanny & Butler, the agency dedicated to providing highly trained and vetted nannies, butlers, chefs, valets and all other forms of household staff to HNWs and high-profile families. 

The firm’s founder, Paola Diana, noticed a gap in the market when she struggled to find high-quality childcare for her children in Italy. Since then, Nanny & Butler has rapidly expanded and now provides staff to clients in Switzerland, America, France, UK and the Middle East. 

Depending on clients’ objectives, staff are trained and experienced in managing large households, including cleaning and organising large estates, planning menus, managing household inventory and childcare.
