The CEO and founder of Philanthropy Insight (Pi) has been advising philanthropists and their families for 25 years in different roles, providing confidential, pitch-free education and insight around philanthropic strategies, governance and leadership, whether clients are at the start of their philanthropic journey or are more advanced.

Ensor, who specialises in systems change and collective impact philanthropy, has led deep learning journeys to Nepal to look at modern-day slavery; to Jordan to identify strategic interventions in the refugee crisis; and to northern Canada to address indigenous land rights. She spent the first 15 years of her career running grant-making programmes in the health, education and climate fields.
