Spear’s Review

Geoff Garrett co-founded Henry Dannell in 2019 with business partner Kem Kemal. Their vision was to create a mortgage and protection advisory firm that offers clients a personalised, high-quality service. 

For over 25 years, Garrett has been building his private client portfolio across a range of professional sectors. These include hedge fund managers, entrepreneurs, investment bankers and those working in the sport and entertainment industries. The firm has also built a niche advising barristers, who, because of the unusual structure of their income, can face rejection from conventional lenders.

He tells Spear’s that he enjoys building long-standing relationships with both clients and lenders, which has provided him with an in-depth knowledge of the requirements of both. This has enabled him to routinely find the right solutions and achieve successful outcomes.
