Robert Glynne, who has more than 20 years of experience in running e-commerce and online financial services platforms, is the chief executive of BullionVault.

After graduating from Newcastle University in 1994, he worked for Charles Schwab, where he progressed from filing clerk to e-commerce director in nine years. He joined BullionVault as a COO in 2011.

According to the firm, BullionVault is the world’s largest physical gold and silver online market and provides private individuals with the opportunity to buy, store and sell investment-grade bullion in quantities as small as a single gram. Clients can choose from several locations where they wish to store their precious metals, as the company employs independent, professional bullion market vault operators in London, New York, Toronto, Zurich and Singapore.
