Spear’s Review

Dr Alexis Granite is an expert in dermatology and aesthetics based at Sarah Chapman’s discreet clinic in Chelsea. In addition to a wide range of cosmetic procedures, she offers medical treatments such as cryotherapy, mole mapping, skin biopsy and photodynamic therapy.

Getting an appointment isn’t easy, as there can be a 12-week waiting list for a facial appointment, but Spear’s finds that there is still a long list of returning clients, including A-list celebrities, beauty editors and London socialites.

Granite started her career at Tribeca Park Dermatology in New York City and served as a clinical instructor in dermatology at New York-Presbyterian Hospital before relocating to the UK in 2012 with her family. She is a consultant on the UK’s specialist register of dermatologists and is board certified in dermatology in the United States. She is a member of the British Association of Dermatologists, the British Cosmetic Dermatology Group and the American Academy of Dermatology.
