Mike LaCorte is CEO of Conflict International, a world-leading investigations agency, and was president of the World Association of Detectives for three consecutive terms between 2018 and 2021.

Projects include thorough independent staff screening; fraud and issue management, including cybersecurity; and what LaCorte called ‘ad hoc’ requirements, including blackmail, leak management, personal investigations and preventative and reactive security action.

‘We’re like an insurance policy, giving secondary peace of mind to the [client] to minimise the risk of breaches and if there is a breach, there’s a mechanism in place,’ he said.
