Mike LaCorte is co-founder and CEO of Conflict International, a world-leading investigations agency with a head office in London and branches in the US and Europe.

Conflict International leads investigations into people, companies and situations around the world, with clients including private individuals and family offices. Projects include staff screening; fraud and issue management, including cybersecurity; and what LaCorte calls ‘ad hoc’ requirements, including blackmail, leak management, personal investigations and preventative and reactive security action.

‘We’re like an insurance policy, giving secondary peace of mind to the [client] to minimise the risk of breaches. And if there is a breach, there’s a mechanism in place,’ he says.
