Jasper de Q Adams OBE is the managing director of Team Fusion. Adams joined the firm in 2022, having served in the British Army for over three decades, including as a commander of the 7th Infantry Brigade (the Desert Rats).

With over 10 operational deployments, Adams has significant strategic experience and is an expert when it comes to crisis management, the firm says.

Jasper joined Team Fusion as the Managing Director in September 2022, having served over 30 years in the British Army. He brings a wealth of strategic experience following appointments as special advisor to the Chairman of the Military Committee at NATO HQ and as Director of Operations for the Supreme Allied Commander Europe. With over 10 operational deployments, Jasper has commanded at every level from Lieutenant to Brigadier, including his own Regiment and the renowned Desert Rats. He is an expert in strategy, crisis management and transformation.
