The majority of Wesley’s 30-plus years of professional experience has involved protecting others – bridging the protection of people, places and assets in highly dynamic, high-threat environments around the world. His career experience spans law enforcement and public safety, work with entities of the US intelligence community, and executive-level roles for industry-leading corporations. Just before launching SRG, Wesley was the senior-most global security executive at NVIDIA, and before this was the CSO/CISO and head of enterprise risk, fraud and the financial crimes intelligence unit of a private wealth management firm.
At NVIDIA, Wesley also oversaw pre-release prototype security for NVIDIA and its strategic tech partners and led security programme administration for classified projects and programmes for the US government. As a key member of the cyber-incident response team, his responsibilities also immersed him in NVIDIA’s work with leading cybersecurity research lab partners such as DARPA, IQT, DIUx, Carnegie Mellon Cyberlabs, MIT and Stanford, and strategic technology partners such as Tesla, Amazon and Apple, among others.
Wesley is also an accomplished speaker and guest lecturer. He is frequently a guest contributor to various media outlets and publications, and a guest lecturer at universities, where he shares his unique insight on emerging threats and security risks.
Given the breadth and depth of Wesley’s multidisciplinary experience across the security risk and threats landscape, he works extensively at the intersections of the ultra-wealthy, their business interests and their legal advisers, advising them on complex security risk matters.
