A specialist in international tax planning, Goodchild frequently advises on tax residence, domicile, the use of trusts and other entities in cross-border and international situations, and the UK’s double tax treaties with other jurisdictions. He has significant experience, too, with the raft of anti-avoidance legislation that is now relevant to offshore trusts and other entities.
