As a partner at MEUM Group, Rachel Mainwaring-Taylor advises UK and international clients on tax and estate planning, with a particular focus on cross-border issues.  

This work includes advising on residence and domicile status, exposure to UK tax, planning for business and heritage assets, and conflicts of inheritance laws between different jurisdictions. She also advises trustees, settlors and beneficiaries on creation, administration, taxation and governance of wealth structures.  

Mainwaring-Taylor joined the firm in 2024 after previously practising as a partner at Hunters, Farrer & Co and, most recently, Raworths.

 A French and German speaker, Rachel is a member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners and the International Bar Association and also sits as a fee-paid judge in the First-tier Tribunal (Tax).
