Simon Atkinson was a solicitor at Forsters and Macfarlanes before joining Currey & Co in 2002. The firm, where Atkinson has been a partner since 2004, was founded by Benjamin Currey in 1812 and prides itself on remaining a small, partner-led firm.

It says it offers tailored, partner-led advice to land-owning and other families around the UK, ‘some of whom have been clients since the early 19th century’. 

Atkinson, who is one of eight partners, supports HNWs with wills, probate and wider estate planning.
