Nicholas Holland

Nicholas Holland is a private client partner at Maples Group, where he heads up the trusts and private client team and specialises in international trusts and estates disputes. 

He predominately works for HNW individuals, families, institutional trustees and enforcers of disputes involving offshore trusts. Holland is also involved in international private wealth planning, and he is qualified to practice in England and Wales, Ireland, Ontario, British Columbia and the Cayman Islands. 

As a Canadian expatriate in London, Holland is well placed to advise Canadian individuals and institutions on matters relating to UK law. 

He has previously chaired the international trust and private client conferences in the Isle of Man and is often asked to provide commentary on international trust disputes.
