Nicholas Holland is a Cayman Islands-based private client partner at Maples Group, where he heads up the trusts and private client team and specialises in international trusts and estates disputes. He also advises on the drafting of wills and estate plans, power of attorney and probate.
He predominately works for HNW individuals, families, institutional trustees and enforcers of disputes involving offshore trusts. Holland is also involved in international private wealth planning, and is qualified to practice in England and Wales, Ireland, Ontario, British Columbia and the Cayman Islands.
