James Gleeson

James Gleeson TEP is an advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey, a non-practising English qualified solicitor and a founding partner of the boutique litigation law firm Dickinson Gleeson.

Gleeson specialises in commercial litigation, with an emphasis on trusts and funds disputes and complex cross-border fraud and asset-tracing matters.

Gleeson also advises in relation to regulatory matters and insolvency. He acts for wealth providers, trustees, corporates, law firms and banks, and also advises government agencies.

A leading lawyer who is known for possessing a forensic eye, Gleeson also has a double first in English literature from Cambridge University.
