Jane Pearce joined Butterfield in 2020 as the bank’s group head of trust. Based in the Bermuda office, she works with a team of senior trust colleagues to serve over 3,000 ultimate client groups, amounting to more than $120 billion in client assets under administration. She is leading efforts to expand the bank’s international presence, and continues to support the development of its core products and services.

Before joining Butterfield, Pearce was regional managing director of Vistra’s UK, Ireland and Channel Islands businesses. Prior to that she held senior positions at various Jersey-based firms, including EY, Deutsche Bank, Kleinwort Benson and Ogier. She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
