Nancy Chien heads up Bedell Cristin’s international private client practice in Jersey, dividing her work between corporate clients and high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, trustees and family offices.

In her work for the many international individuals and families who have property, business interests or assets on Jersey, she concentrates on the structuring of trusts and foundations used for both wealth management and philanthropic purposes, corporate law issues where they intersect with personal interests, and succession planning.

Chien is a non-practising qualified UK solicitor as well as a Jersey advocate, a barrister in New Zealand and a solicitor in the British Virgin Islands. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and in 2025 was admitted to the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law.
