Based in Jersey, Baccata director and group chairman Nicholas Falla has more than 25 years of experience as a legal practitioner. 

Falla supports a range of international and locally based HNWs with the set-up and administration of complex tax structures, all while endeavouring to provide a personalised service.

Baccata, which celebrated its quarter-century birthday in 2023, supports a range of family offices and individuals with their financial affairs and succession planning. The firm also has expertise in setting up trusts in different jurisdictions.

Falla joined the firm in 1999, becoming the firm’s managing director in 2005. A member of STEP, Falla qualified as a Jersey solicitor in 1995.
