According to Scott Lines, chairman and CEO of award-winning offshore specialist LOM Financial Group, more than 95 per cent of the firm’s new clients are through ‘referrals by our existing clients’. The Bermuda-headquartered firm, which Lines co-founded with his brother, Brian, in 1992, offers custody, investment brokerage, online trading, asset management and corporate finance services to HNW individuals and institutional customers around the world.

As such, Lines spends much of his time advising private clients – including international non-doms and trusts – on discretionary investment management, investment migration and wealth management, with the LOM team providing a ‘total and immersive service’.
