As managing director of Oak Group’s Isle of Man business, Tanya O’Carroll oversees the firm’s client services on the island, guiding HNWs and their families through complex international trust and fiduciary arrangements.

She joined Oak Group from Kleinwort Benson (now Union Bancaire Privée), where she led the Isle of Man fiduciary and custodial offering, providing bespoke solutions for private clients with intricate cross-border needs.

Earlier in her career, she spent nine years at one of the island’s largest fiduciary providers, including a secondment to the US to establish a non-depository trust company.
