Duncan Bailey is head of Brabners’ private client and charity team in Liverpool, which serves the large cities of north-west England. With a background in contentious and non-contentious trust work, he is well-versed in all aspects of estate planning, particularly for clients with high-value, complex assets. This includes the drafting of wills, advising on powers of attorney, trust creation and probate administration.
Bailey is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and holds a STEP advanced certificate in trust disputes. He is a former chair of STEP Liverpool and the Liverpool Law Society’s non-contentious business committee.
