It’s those high-end, wealthy families and their business interests,’ he explains.

Hender notes he has observed rapid change over recent years because of digitisation. This has enabled the firm to speed up its processes without losing its client focus. ‘The trick is to deliver excellent client service in a new way,’ he says. ‘Clients are looking to have highly efficient, cost-effective compliance, with leading advisers who say, “I’ve seen this before and I know what is best for you in your circumstances.”’
