Nelberg’s team acts for US individuals and families with UK connections and business interests, and he personally advises on the full range of private client issues, from tax planning and residency to divorce-related tax matters and HMRC investigations. He also advises on complex cross-border issues, particularly the interaction of the UK and US tax systems, and acts as an expert witness on tax in the family courts.
