Paul Hotchkiss is a former KPMG partner who now directs ‘a very busy tax practice’ of his own on the Isle of Man. 

Hotchkiss often offers advice beyond the boundaries of tax, and Hotchkiss Associates is now swiftly moving towards more of a multi-family-office-style operation, ‘with tax at its core’. 

‘We spend a lot of time helping clients find the right people to deal with,’ he tells Spear’s. ‘For instance, I’m dealing with somebody buying a very large house at the moment – I’m putting them in touch with the interior designers, builders, getting surveys sorted out for them.’
