Supporting a mix of wealthy families, entrepreneurs and private companies, Toby Tallon is partner at S&W’s London office, bringing more than two decades of tax expertise to the role.

The seasoned partner assists with family succession and estate planning advice, as well as residency issues for non-domiciled individuals. Tallon, who is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, can also support wealthy family companies with private equity restructuring projects.

After qualifying, he undertook a secondment within Christie’s heritage and tax department, which included working on the tax aspects of valuations and offers in lieu.
