‘Flowers are natural rebels,’ says Athena Duncan. ‘We are rebels, too, and love to be bold and experimental.’ Founded in 2000, Athena Duncan and Mairead Curtin joined forces to create Rebel Rebel, now a thriving floristry business. Since its establishment, the pair have maintained a natural but distinctly brave approach to floristry, true to their venture’s name. 

From seasonal bouquets and tablescapes to large-scale installations and destination weddings (they now have an outpost in Italy, sourcing blooms from a flower farm in Tuscany), Rebel Rebel creates ‘unexpected’ arrangements in often-surprising yet pleasing colour combinations.

In addition to private individuals, clients include De Beers, Sotheby’s, BAFTA and Hermès.
