Paul Thomas

Spear’s Review

When Paul Thomas was 12, an episode of Upstairs, Downstairs influenced the course of his life. Watching the decoration of a long table for a visit from King Edward VII, Thomas decided to resurrect the romance of that era.

Thomas founded his Mayfair shop, Paul Thomas Flowers, in 1989, and has since moved to Battersea. He has worked for private and commercial clients including Fortnum & Mason and Sotheby’s. He also had a stint as resident florist at the Ritz.

He and his team create luxury hand-tied bouquets that can be delivered all around the UK. His arrangements are so unique that it’s rumoured the late Queen could spot his beautiful designs in an instant.
