What do you give those who have everything? Stuart McNeill has two answers. The first is ‘exactly what they want’ – a helicopter to courtside seats at a Lakers game, a private serenade from Jennifer Lopez or maybe a superyacht or private jet. The other is ‘surprise’, like placing a four-poster bed under the stars on safari.

McNeill launched American Express’s Elite Tier service and, in 2012, started up Knightsbridge Circle, offering a specialist travel and concierge service for the peripatetic HNW named ‘By Invitation’. Peers and clients praise his ‘friendly and personal approach’. One calls him the go-to adviser, adding, ‘If he doesn’t have the answer, he’ll find it for you.’
