Annabelle Neame is vice president of HCA Healthcare UK, with responsibility for new markets and innovations. She heads up HCA’s medical concierge centre, working to help potential clients navigate the medical services on offer within the HCA group, one of the UK’s largest private client healthcare providers.

Describing herself as having ‘one foot in the clinical camp and one in the corporate office’, Neame leads a team of clinical nurse specialists and patient concierge liaison officers. Having started her career in healthcare as a nurse at St Thomas’ Hospital, she joined HCA in 1992 at the Lister Hospital in Chelsea.

Neame now works to develop what she calls ‘bespoke medical pathways’ for clients, especially focusing on international cases.
